About the Role

The Program Manager for virtual and physical events will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of events including webinars workshops conferences and other virtual and physical gatherings. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Event planning and strategy- Design, plan and coordinate events (Virtual and physical), identify events both for collaboration and sponsorship, collaborate with cross functional teams to define events objectives, themes and content.
  • Event Coordination- Manage all aspects of logistics, coordinate with speakers and sponsors, create and manage the entire events.
  • Marketing and Promotions- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for the events.
  • Registration and attendance management- Ensure a smooth and positive attendee experience, address attendees inquiries and provide necessary information leading up to and during the event.
  • Budget management- Negotiate contract with vendors and venues to optimize cost efficiency, develop and Manage event budgets.
  • Post event evaluation- Gather feedback from attendees, speakers and stakeholders for event assessment, produce post-event reports.
  • Virtual event technology- Stay up-to-date with virtual events technology and platforms to enhance on-line event experience, trouble shoot technical issues during virtual events.
  • Growth- Contribute to client acquisition (account creation) via events and programs.

Requirements

  • Be a reliable individual with a sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Have a great personality that can charm our audience.
  • Must have proven knowledge and relevant experience in Program Management or any other related discipline.
