Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time hybrid role as a Product Development Manager located in Lagos with some remote work possible. The Product Development Manager will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from understanding customer needs and market trends to defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
· Conduct market research and user analysis to understand customer needs and pain points.
· Define the product vision and roadmap, aligned with company goals and business objectives.
· Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to develop and launch new features.
· Track product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback.
· Create compelling product documentation and presentations.
· Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
· Strong understanding of the (industry/market) your company operates in.
· Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and execute on product opportunities.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
