A Payment Agent has an important role in the day-to-day functioning of the business that forms the core of our brand. These cover the elements of fraud identification, payouts, and related due diligence processes. The agent will work closely with other departments within the business to ensure a safe yet fun environment for our players. The day-to-day tasks of the agent consist of
1. Responsible for the processing of withdrawals on the betting platform.
2. Mitigating potential risks to the business
3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that there is a proper crossover of duties between both teams and that they are informed of any potential risk and payment issues that directly or indirectly affect the company.
4. Reconcile daily department data.
5. Making sure that the customer’s withdrawal request meets company policy.
6. Ensuring that customers are eligible for the withdrawable amount.
7. Monitoring customers for violations of gaming regulations.
8. Calculation and payment of agent commission.
9. Calculation and monitoring of agent remittances.
10. Informing the supervisor of any irregularities
Qualification/Requirements
1.Minimum of Two (2) year’s experience as a payment agent or data analyst preferably in a Sport gaming (betting) company.
2. B.SC/HND in finance, social science, or computer science courses.
3. Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
4. Strong Communication Skills
5. Must be able to analyze Data.
6. Must be a good team player.
