Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, user feedback, and market opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features accordingly.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products from concept to delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Experience working in agile development environments, with knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies.
