We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to join our team! As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients. Duties:

  • Perform market research in order to identify potential clients, research potential markets, and evaluate potential sales opportunities
  • Work with marketing and other teams to produce sales strategy
  • Produce proposals and presentations that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events
  • Create marketing campaigns, promotions, and event programs
  • Manage and monitor trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Conduct market research for prospective clients
  • Meet with clients and prospective clients to develop and expand business relationships
  • Collaborate with account management team to develop sales strategies and plans
  • Develop new business leads
  • Propose new business or companion contracts for existing customers
  • Develop sales strategies and plans
  • Engage with existing customers for relationship management
  • Assist in client proposals, presentations, etc.
  • Conduct price negotiations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes,

Business Development Associate Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team, the VP of Operations, and other staff members to develop and implement strategies for recruiting new dealers, securing new clients, retaining current clients, and upselling to existing customers
  • Research, identify, and create strategic partnerships with potential dealers, clients, and distributors
  • Track and report on progress and escalate business opportunities to management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current dealers, clients, and distributors
  • Collaborate with various departments across the organization to accomplish goals

Requirements And Skills:

  • Proven sales experience

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience with Microsoft apps (word, excel, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to conduct presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
  • Knowledge of jobsite safety practices required
  • Flexible scheduling

 

Remuneration

This role is commission-based, this will be largely determined by your experience and performance.
