Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer – Krystal Digital Solutions

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including managing expense reports, diary management, and providing executive administrative assistance. Other tasks may include coordination of meetings, making travel arrangements, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Manage and organize the MD/CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Maintaining MD/CEO’s travel log
  • Travel in and out of the country to represent the MD
  • Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage communication channels and filter incoming requests for the MD/CEO’s attention.
  • Prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure effective time management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Technical & Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with complex travel and flight itineraries, particularly international travel/hotel bookings
  • Experience in working with Directors/Senior Management
  • Excellent Communication skill both oral and written
  • Candidate must have a valid international passport and travel history
  • Ability to multitask and experience in dealing with a demanding role and high-level workload
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism
