Job Summary

  • Our client is in search of an Administrative Assistant to assist the company in the day to day activities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Booking appointments and making travel arrangements..
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail.
  • Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, arranging supplies, etc.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Qualifications

  • OND in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proximity to Surulere and its environs
