We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Description
Key Result Area 1: Bid Documentation and Preparation:
- Co-ordinate and prepare responses to pre-qualification invitations
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Co-ordinate and prepare response to tender invitations
- Responsible for Material/Services price sourcing
- Responsible for post bid/tender evaluations
- File all bids and tenders documents
- Analyze RFT & RFQs to determine company’s capability, competence as well as Management’s interest.
- Prepare Pre-calculation and approval sheet for finance department before its sent to the client
Key Result Area 2: RFQ, RFQ and Registration:
- Register all enquiries in the Bid Register with unique numbers
Key Result Area 3: Sales to allocated territory:
- Responsible for sales results for various PPC products and solutions/services for all Verticals within the Oil & Gas territory
- Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed month on month.
- Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance of the channel in the assigned territory
- Identify new business, channel opportunities and customer needs in the region to ensure growth
