We’re seeking a passionate Community Manager to foster growth, engagement, and a thriving environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement

Develop and implement strategies to increase member participation and interaction.

Create compelling content and initiatives that encourage networking and knowledge sharing.

Monitor and respond to community discussions, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Event Management

Plan and execute online events such as webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions with industry experts.

Coordinate with speakers, manage event logistics, and promote events to maximize attendance and engagement.

Content Development

Curate and create relevant content, including articles, videos, and infographics.

Maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure regular and engaging community updates.

Feedback and Analysis

Implement mechanisms for collecting and analyzing member feedback.

Use insights to continually refine community strategies and content.

Member Support

Offer support and guidance to community members.

Foster a welcoming environment for new members and assist them in navigating and benefiting from the community.

Reporting

Regularly report on community metrics, including engagement rates, member growth, and the effectiveness of different strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role.

Understanding of sales and revenue generation processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Ability to analyze data and glean actionable insights.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
