About the role:

The purpose of the Setup Team Member here at Ignition is to assist customer onboarding by converting client engagement documents and provided services into Ignition templates. You will be working closely with our Customer Facing teams across the world to deliver this value and help them create a positive customer onboarding experience.Role location:We are open to candidates in the Philippines. We have embraced remote working and all our employees can work from home.What your day to day will look like:

  • Research and resolve issues reported by customers or internal teams
  • Carry out setup tasks while creating visually appealing marketing brochures
  • Proactively addressing all setup questions and following up with internal teams and clients
  • Manage projects aimed at enhancing the internal processes and workflow of the team
  • Actively participates in regular team meetings and professional growth opportunities
  • Convert customer documentation into Ignition terms letter and service templates
  • Assist in importing clients and other setup related in-app functions on behalf of customers
  • Utilizes Canva’s online platform to design marketing brochures for customers
  • Proactively assisting the client facing teams to onboard customers and improve customer retention rates
  • Assist in Ad hoc requests as required
  • Willing to work Monday to Friday (no weekends) between 10am to 7pm

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience with Canva, CRM software is preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge or familiarity of Front End Web Development tools and technologies (HTML/CSS/Javascript/Liquid)
  • Self-starter and ability to work autonomously
  • Highly productive and efficient in repeatable tasks
  • Strong communication skills both internally with Ignition teammates and externally with customers
  • You have a high attention to detail and desire to go beyond a surface-level understanding of issues brought to your attention
  • You don’t shy away from feedback and you take it on board
  • You have terrific communication skills – both written and verbal
  • You are systems and process driven
  • You are flexible and demonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capability
  • You feel most comfortable working to deadlines
  • You thrive off working in a team with the ability to work well independently
