We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a solid understanding of IT solutions and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage client accounts throughout the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
● Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for selling IT services and solutions to new and existing clients.
● Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiations and project delivery.
● Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs in the IT sector.
● Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to clients, showcasing how our IT products and services can address their business challenges.
● Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing client support, ensuring solutions meet client expectations.
● Regularly update sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on sales activities to senior management, contributing to strategic business planning.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s services.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
