Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in both acquiring top talent for our organization and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. This dual-role position requires a blend of recruitment expertise and account management skills to ensure the seamless delivery of services to both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: (IT & Non-IT hiring)
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract and engage top-tier candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process from start to finish
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
Account Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to understand their hiring needs and objectives
- Actively engage with clients to identify new business opportunities and expand service offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and client satisfaction levels
- Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for potential clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in account management or client-facing roles is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
