Brief Summary of Role
As the Senior Product Manager for VigiPay, you are responsible for translating the vision into product or product features. Also, you are accountable for the successful development, release, and management of all VigiPay’s Products whilst, ensuring a high return on investment. Critical to the role is cohesion across the vision, the client needs, and the product.
Furthermore, as the servant leader for the product team, you will be accountable for the growth of the Product managers who lead the delivery of the respective products within the business—providing guidance and creating an enabling environment for success.
Who You Are:
• Deep understanding of the Technology Payment Space, particularly, Remittance solutions.
• A track record of scaling successful, B2B & B2C products.
• Significant experience working with cross-functional scrum teams.
• Good experience partnering with service providers and managing integrations.
• A can-do attitude with a strong culture of innovation, emotional intelligence, and humility.
• Expertise in product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and development processes.
• The ability to balance and coordinate competing priorities.
• Excellent storytelling skills, presenting internally and externally to multiple audiences.
• Keen understanding of releasing valuable features to customers faster.
• Good partner management, and stakeholder management.
• Certified in Product Management and any of the Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled framework)
• Great use of Key tools like Jira, Data Insight, and Presentation Tools.
• Great communicator, problem solver and creative thinker.
What The Job Entails:
- Consistent in-person and virtual engagement with product customers for feedback and continuous improvement.
- Lead on the prioritisation, development and building of a Remittance Product.
- Ensure congruency in the development process across varying features, client needs, and stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure the product team is set up for success and scale.
- Ensure the product team is aligned with VigiPay objectives. • Identify and track key Product KPIs, for the remittance solution.
