About the Role
The Digital Marketing Expert is a key support position for the company and is a full-time position. You will be responsible for managing our CRM Active Campaign, email sequence, landing pages, and more!
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Know CRMs inside & out – at least 2 years experience with Active Campaign,etc
- You LOVE tech and know too many tech platforms to list!
- You’re proficient in Gdrive, GSuite and tech platforms
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
- You like routine and knowing what to expect each week, reliable & dependable to get consistent tasks done each week plus manage tasks associated with various projects.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm)
- Understand programming automation logic (if / then)
- Pride yourself in getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
- You are tech-savvy, figure out new digital programs & tools without much hand-holding
- You excel at creating workflow efficiencies and using tech & automation to save time
Job responsibilities:
- CRM database management, email sequence, provide technical support
- Troubleshooting in Active Campaign.
- Database management, and provide technical support
- Email sequences, email organization, email segmenting, and scrubbing email list also, updating & Scheduling email sequences.
- Managing email marketing tasks: setting up, tracking and updating our CRM
- Making sure Naming Protocol is being followed
- Providing tech support, troubleshooting and fixing tech glitches, submitting support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Creating/ editing membership courses
- Tech Wellness Checklist with account (Monthly)
- Assisting with Launches & Content Marketing Team as needed
- Calendar management & updates in Gcal and web portal
- Create on-brand landing pages for conversions
