As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences using Figma, collaborating closely with our development team and stakeholders to create engaging digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Create user-centric designs for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide support throughout the development process.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a culture of design excellence within the organization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Figma.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and best practices.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces.
