Professional Photographer – Saint Boss Construction

The Company Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of our construction projects, events, and daily operations. This role involves working closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure visual content effectively communicates the company’s brand, showcases our projects, and engages our audience.

Responsibilities:

Photography and Videography:

● Capture high-quality photos and videos of construction projects, completed works, company events, and daily operations.

● Ensure all visual content meets the company’s standards and enhances our brand image.

Editing and Post-Production:

● Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software to ensure professional quality.

● Add graphics, animations, and other enhancements to videos as needed.

Content Management:

● Organize and maintain a digital library of photos and videos on the company’s Google Drive.

● Ensure all visual content is properly tagged, archived, and easily accessible for future use.

Collaboration:

● Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives. ● Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to capture specific project milestones and achievements.

Storytelling:

● Create visual stories that effectively communicate the company’s values, mission, and the impact of our work.

● Produce engaging content that highlights the craftsmanship, innovation, and quality of our projects.

Equipment Management:

● Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment provided by the company.

● Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and recommend purchases or upgrades as needed.

Scheduling and Planning:

● Plan and schedule photo and video shoots in coordination with project timelines and marketing needs.

● Scout locations and determine the best setups for shoots.

Compliance and Safety:

● Ensure all photo and video shoots comply with company safety standards and site regulations.

● Obtain necessary permissions and releases for shoots.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred not necessary.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional photography and videography, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.

● Proficient in using photography and video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and stabilization tools.

● Strong skills in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

● Excellent eye for detail and a strong sense of composition and visual storytelling.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for on-site photography and videography.

● A portfolio demonstrating a range of photography and videography skills. Working Conditions:

This is a remote-based role. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet deadlines or address urgent tasks related to Marketing activities.
