We are recruiting to fill the position of a Hotel Manager.
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and energetic hotel manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Previous experience as a hotel manager or similar role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel software and booking systems
