Position Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative (CSR). The CSR will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and success with our products or services.
  • This role involves proactive engagement with customers, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to prevent issues.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to address them effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
