We specialise in recruiting for ICT Vendors, Network Operators, Service Providers, Systems Integrators and Consultancies and our clients range from multinational Blue Chip organisations to niche technology providers.

My client is a leading global MarTech vendor experiencing significant growth in the region. Through AI and machine learning their integrated platform enables marketers to better connects their clients with the end users and drives business growth. Due to their continued success, they are looking for a driven and motivated Customer Success Manager to join their growing Sydney team.

About The role:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple verticals
  • Devise strategies to help increase revenue for all your customers.
  • Proactively review client accounts to ensure they are engaged and satisfied.
  • Keep customers up to date on product releases and new features.
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional customer experience.

About you:

  • 3+ years of customer success / account management experience in MarTech/ SaaS/ PaaS
  • Ability to maintain and grow relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective communicator and ability to articulate software technology
  • Flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment
