George Houston Resources Limited – Our client, an Agricultural and Real Estate company with branches in Benin and Lagos, Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Care Representative.

Industry: Agricultural Sector

Duties / Responsibilities

• Providing introductory information to new customers
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Escalating queries and concerns
• Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any service
• Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.

Qualifications / Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Mass Communication, Office Technology Management or any related course
• 2 – 3 years of work experience as customer care representative
• Good written and oral communication.
• Attention to details.
• High computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Assertive and self-driven.

Remuneration
N120,000 Monthly.
