LifeBank is currently working on the blood shortage problem in Nigeria by connecting hospitals to blood banks, and blood banks to donors. We do this by hosting blood drives and by delivering blood in less than 55 minutes, in a WHO and EU recommended cold-chain, to hospitals.
We are recruiting to fill the position of a Collections Officer.
Job Overview
- We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position who will be responsible for following up on credit sales outstanding and collections.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Negotiate an achievable Payment Plan and schedules with customers toward reducing the overdue/outstanding debts of clients without severing relationship
- Collection & Reconciliation of payment advice with erring clients by ensuring over dues are cleared promptly
- Give daily and weekly reports of collections and activities in line with job roles and confirm every payment from the clients with the accounts department
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year
- Sound numerate and analytical skills
- Result Oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N70,000 gross / month.
