MYDAWA is seeking an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking the lead on all Business Central ERP upgrades, functions and developments while working closely with our external Business Central Vendor and development team. The potential employee must already have significant knowledge and experience in the systems that are listed under the Competency section.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Analyze the existing Navision system and business processes and identify the gaps and requirements for the upgrade to Business Central.
- Work closely with the implementation partner and the client to plan, design, configure, test, and deploy the Business Central solution with LS Central integration.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on the best practices and features of Business Central and LS Central for the pharma retail industry.
- Conduct user training and workshops to ensure the successful adoption and usage of the Business Central solution.
- Prepare and maintain the master data, user manual documentation, and reports for the Business Central project.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for any issues or enhancements.
- Create and execute test cases and scenarios to ensure the quality and functionality of the Business Central solution.
- Coordinate with the technical team and the implementation partner to resolve any bugs or errors in the Business Central solution.
- Communicate with the stakeholders and the management on the progress and status of the Business Central project.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement and optimization of the Business Central solution.
- Lead the process of requirements gathering by undertaking an in-depth business process analysis, definition, and documentation of the business requirements.
- Carry out integration designs for non-standard customizations with core functionalities.
- Overall project management such as development of the project deliverables, change management reports, meetings coordination, and project closure.
- Technical support for MS Dynamics NAV during the implementation and transition into Dynamics Business Central.
Competency:
- A thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Understanding Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, prioritization, conflict resolution, analytical, influence, facilitation, negotiation and time and resource management skills.
- Project management skills and experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central in one or more of the following roles: Solutions Consultant, Project Manager, and Implementation Consultant.
- Prior consulting, business analyst, implementation, or product support experience required, specifically relating to Dynamics Business Central.
- At least 3 full-cycle ERP implementations within Functional Consultant role.
- Strong proficiency within at least one of the following areas: Finance, Warehousing (WMS) and POS.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant, preferably with LS Central or Business Central in the ecommerce retail domain.
- Strong knowledge of the ecommerce retail business processes and industry standards. Knowledge in pharma retail processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in the configuration and customization of Business Central and LS Central modules and functionalities.
- Advanced experience in warehousing and finance in Dynamics Business central will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the implementation partner and the client team.
- Willingness to travel as per the project needs.
