Bank Teller – Workforce Group

We are currently recruiting for a commercial bank in south-East (Enugu, Ebonyi, Anambra, Imo, and Abia). Candidates must not be older than 27 years old.

Responsibilities

The teller’s duties include, but not limited to :

• Counting cash in drawer at the start of each shift and reconcile remaining cash at the end of their shift and to account accurately for deposits and dispersals.
• Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments
• Ability to resolve account discrepancies
• Informing customers about bank products and services
• Maintaining and balancing cash drawers
• Accurately tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to bank transactions
• Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures
• Ordering cheques and bank cards for customers
• Exchanging currencies
• May also include answering phones, managing ATM deposits, filing deposit slips
