Contract: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader, facilitating Agile/Scrum processes and ceremonies for the development team.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlog items.
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments to the team’s progress and protect them from external distractions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development or relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus.
