Remote Patient Support Advisor – Pharmapreneurs

PHARMAPRENEURS are seeking to recruit 1 qualified person for a Patient Support Advisor (PSA) position.

Regions: Based in KZN (Durban)

Responsibilities: (Main Highlights)

• Target Audience: Rheumatologists, Gastroenterologists, Dermatologists, Pharmacies, Hospitals and Nursing Sisters
• Private Sector Coverage
• Patient Education, Medication Adherence and Support
• Manage Patient Medical Aid Reimbursement Support and Assistance
• Track all appointments/calls and Keep records
• Manage Patient and Customer Databases
• Establish, develop and maintain constructive and sustainable customer relationships.

Requirement:

• South African citizens – KZN
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• In possession of a Valid South African Driver’s License and have Own Transport
• Computer literate
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Must be registered with SANC or HPCSA

Compensation:Minimum Basic Monthly Retainer with fee for service, thereafter. To be discussed further upon interview
