Junior Sales Representative – Premier Workwear

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our PPE products. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about safety and have a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Location: Longmeadow, Johannesburg, South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our PPE products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
