Job Description

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests either face -to face or over the phone.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing, solving hardware and software faults.
• Datacenter monitoring and Network Team support
• IT project support as duly assigned
• IT Administration support
• Ensure the correct running and maintenance of the IT systems
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Educational Requirement: B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related course
• Experience in years: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
• Age: 25 Years to 35 years

Skills Required:

• Proven IT Experience in a similar role specially in the use of Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint in (Advanced Level)
• A good memory of how software and hardware systems work and keen attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize workload and ability to work well in a team.
• Networking knowledge preferably familiar with Cisco product, Ubiquiti and Mikrotik
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
