We are recruiting to fill the position of an Executive Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and employees, client or other external partners.
- Managing the CEO’s calendars, setting up meetings and making appointments.
- Making travel and accommodations arrangements, when needed.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for the CEO.
- Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.
- Reviewing, prioritizing and responding to email
Requirements
- Minimum of BSc
- 1-3 years experience as an executive assistant
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational/record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint
- Proven experience working for a start-up
- Passion or experience in the education sector
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail.
