- Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to customer queries and comments.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and social media management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service management and social media management.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus.
