We are recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Service Representative.
Job Description
- We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
- Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome with a skill of closing sales will stand out.
- You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
- A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
- Ultimately, you will ensure that all customers that visit any of our social media platforms get prompt response to all their enquiries and are satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers’ questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments
- Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary
- Handle returns or complaints
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products and Provide information about products and services
- Provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to your manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 0 – 2 years of customer service, preferable someone with a knack for sales
- Knowledge of social media platforms, especially instagram
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of data entry using goggle sheets
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of the admin part of shopify and wordpress
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Must be living around Okota and environs.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
