Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our dynamic team and spearhead the development of our on-demand delivery platform. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for innovation to guide the technology strategy and lead a team of talented developers. As the CTO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological architecture of our mobile and web applications.

Job Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership:
● Define and drive the overall technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
● Lead the development of a scalable, secure, and high-performance on-demand delivery
platform.
Team Building and Management:
● Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of skilled developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
● Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Product Development:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
● Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Technology Stack:
● Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform technology decisions.
● Drive the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, focusing on React.js and other relevant frameworks and technologies.
Architecture and Scalability:
● Design and implement a robust, scalable, and maintainable architecture for our mobile and web applications.
● Ensure the platform can handle rapid growth and evolving business requirements.
Job Requirements
● Proven experience (5+ years) in programming and in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or Director of Engineering.
● Strong mobile and web application development background, with expertise in React.js and related technologies.
● Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing development teams.
● Experience with on-demand delivery platforms or related industries is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders.
