As a Business Developer with Project Management Skills at Backendz, you will be a critical link between our business development and project management teams. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while also overseeing project execution to ensure they meet client expectations and company goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and present proposals, bids, and project plans.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and quality to meet client expectations.
- Resolve project-related issues and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Report on project performance and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 – 2 years prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
