Branding and Communication Officer – Benin Electricity Distribution Company

Location: Edo, Delta, Ondo and Ekiti States

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Branding and Corporate Communication Officer to join our team, covering the vibrant regions of Edo, Delta, Ekiti, and Ondo. If you possess first degree or equivalent in mass communication or non science field and have passion for effective communication, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

– Craft compelling narratives and content to enhance brand visibility.
– Proficiency in graphics design and digital editing to create visually appealing materials.
– Excellent written communication skills for various channels, including press releases, articles, and social media posts.
– Public speaking engagements to represent the organization effectively.
– Proficiency in social media platforms to manage and enhance our online presence.
– Editing skills to ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines.
– Press relations skills, fostering a strong media presence.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mass Communication or other non science field.
– Proven writing skills with a portfolio of written and designed communication materials.
– Proficiency in graphics design and digital editing tools.
Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their strategic use.
– Editing skills with an eye for detail.
– Previous experience in press relations is an added advantage.
