► Learning and Development
Design and maintain comprehensive training programs to support employee growth.
Enhance leadership development to achieve strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
► HR Compliance and Operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee HR operational processes, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
► Performance Management
Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems that align with organizational goals.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on effective performance management practices.
► Compensation and Benefits
Administer and manage competitive employee benefits programs.
Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
► Administrative Support
Oversee select administrative functions to support smooth operations as needed.
Education and Qualifications
► Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
► Professional HR certification is highly desirable.
► Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the full HR process in a dynamic environment.
► Proven expertise in organizational development, culture building, and implementing effective systems and processes.
► Strong track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
► Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Demonstrated ability to model organizational values and HR best practices, with a commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and objectivity.
