Training Specialist – BestLinks Staffing Solutions

A client is looking for a trainer on need basis. The ideal trainer should have experience in training of staffs in line with Leadership and Management.

This is not a permanent role and thus the offer may lead to continuous partnership, could you meet the organisations’ needs.

People you will be training are classified as follows:

Strategic Managers(5 members): Involves directors, Co-directors and Human Resource manager

Operational Managers(6 Members): Involves line managers and departmental heads

Team Leaders(9 members): Leaders rising from the group of employees. They have been tasked by different roles within the organisation at the ground level.

Mode of training

The above training will be divided into three different days, with each session having about 3 hours session.

In-Person training is preferred, with the location of offices be in Nairobi, along Lang’ata Road.

Qualifications, Skills, Personal Attributes, and Experience Required

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years’ work experience in corporate training.
  • Good understanding of Leadership and People Management.
