Senior Developer (Service Now) – BIG WATER CONSULTING (BWC)

BWC is looking a Service Now – Senior Developer for its client in Brussels, Belgium.

Its a full time – permanent contract with BWC.

Functional requirement-

• Implementation of company processes in Service Now.
• Design and creation of feeding interfaces to integrate company data to Service Now.
• Setup API integration between Service Now and company local resources.
• Analysis and creation of automated exports from Service Now to feed company internal customers’ needs.
• Analysis and configuration of Email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service Now.
• Workflow design in Service Now.
• Migration of existing tools to Service Now.

Language: Fluent in English (Speaking/Reading/Writing) French/Dutuch is a plus
