As the Senior CRM Executive at SCHMACK, you will play a key role in executing digital marketing strategies using advanced CRM tools. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to develop their management experience and deepen their expertise in CRM technologies and digital campaign management across a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes across all phases
- Self-starting attitude with the ability to lead planning meetings, drive agendas, facilitate discussions, and circulate clear action items
- Implement and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns using leading CRM platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, and Mapp
- Engage with senior stakeholders to gather key information, follow up with relevant individuals, and ensure their needs are met
- Identify and measure key data points to demonstrate the effectiveness of our strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM and customer experience
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM roles, with exposure to CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and technology
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and team-oriented approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the capability to manage both routine and complex project elements effectively
