As a Reputation Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s online presence and integrity. Your mission will be to protect our brand, manage our online reputation, and ensure our values are consistently represented. You will be responsible for monitoring and addressing harmful content, optimizing our online positioning, and enhancing our social communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Brand Protection: Monitor and safeguard our brand’s online presence, swiftly addressing any negative content or potential threats.
· Content Removal: Identify and remove harmful or misleading content from online channels to maintain a positive brand image.
· Brand Identity Association: Ensure that key values of our brand are consistently associated with our identity across all platforms.
· Content Optimization: Optimize the positioning of relevant and appropriate content to enhance our brand’s online visibility and reputation.
· Information Updating: Regularly update online information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Social Communication: Develop and execute effective social communication strategies to engage with our audience and reinforce our brand values.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in reputation management, public relations, Brand management or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of online reputation management tools and techniques.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to think strategically and execute effectively under pressure.
· Familiarity with SEO and content optimization strategies.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Experience in managing social media platforms and online communities.
