Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Executive (For UK). The successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce Mortgage Magic™ and its value, and to build strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers

• Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads

• Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

• Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department

• Follow up with users/learners to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • You should have excellent efficiency in English in all spectrum
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills are essential
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills will be an asset
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm and constructive approach.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and multi-task to accomplish objectives
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach to work is necessary
  • Experience with CRM software and phone systems is an added advantage

We follow a Bring-your-own-device (BOYD) policy, so in order to qualify for this job, you need to have your own standard hardware setup that’s required for the job.

The minimum specifications we require are:

  • Windows 10 or macOS Big Sur
  • Intel i5 or AMD A8 processor
  • 8GB of memory
  • 100GB+ free hard drive space
  • And a very good headphone with microphone
