Eximus Education, an award-winning UK social enterprise, is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Schools Outreach Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role plays a key part in driving business growth through the B2G channel by cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships with state schools. The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the education industry, coupled with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the education space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage with state schools and educational institutions across the UK, driving revenue growth and business expansion
- Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with Headteachers, Assistant Headteachers, and other key decision-makers within schools
- Present and promote Eximus Education’s tutoring services, emphasising our unique value proposition and benefits
- Lead the onboarding process for new schools, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial engagement
- Coordinate and conduct school visits, presentations, and meetings to establish and maintain partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of schools
- Represent Eximus Education at educational events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our presence and influence in the industry
Requirements
- Proven experience in outreach, sales, or business development roles within the education space
- Extensive network within state schools and the broader education industry.
- Strong understanding of the UK education system, including the specific challenges and needs of schools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact
- Willingness to travel to various schools and educational events as required
