Syx Labs is looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team of passionate professionals. As a blockchain and AI solutions leader, we specialize in creating innovative software products for healthcare, education, and various industries. The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding our in-house and client products from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audience and deliver exceptional value.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
Drive brainstorming sessions, workshops, and other activities to gather insights and generate ideas using tools like Miro.
Manage the product backlog using JIRA and ensure it aligns with the project’s objectives and timeline.
Implement and champion Agile methodologies throughout the development process.
Lead and mentor small teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
Prepare and present concise progress reports and updates to stakeholders and team members.
To inform product strategy and decision-making, keep updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on blockchain and AI.
Proven track record of leading successful product development projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing them in a team setting.
Proficiency in using JIRA and Miro for project management and backlog prioritization.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Salary Budget: 220,000naira – 250,000 naira
