We’re looking for a proactive and organized German-Speaking Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, communication, and customer success efforts.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage emails, calendars, and schedules.
- Assist with document preparation and translations (English-German).
- Maintain and update records in our CRM.
Customer Support:
- Respond to inquiries from students, partners, and clients in German and English.
- Provide assistance to students during enrollment and onboarding processes.
Operational Support:
- Coordinate online German language classes via Moodle and Zoom.
- Handle course schedules and reminders.
- Support teachers with class materials and logistics.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Assist Marketing with posting content on social media platforms.
- Monitor and reply to comments and messages in German.
Qualifications
Language Skills:
- German Language (B2 or higher). – Attach proof
- Proficient in English
Technical Skills:
- Experience with tools like Zoho One, Zoom, Moodle, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Other Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and laptop.
