The Role

As the Content Marketing Associate, you are a creative person with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who has a proven track record of crafting and delivering engaging content, as evidenced by existing social media successes you can show.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Craft compelling, audience focused content, including videos, images, graphics, and copy tailored for diverse platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to grow and engage audiences across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and implement creative digital campaigns to align with business goals and brand identity.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture online communities by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative and management teams to align content strategies with client and company objectives.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and content innovations to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
  • Ad Management: Create and manage paid ad campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
  • SEO & Optimization: Enhance content for visibility and engagement using SEO and best practices.
  • Brand Representation: Ensure all content reflects Nightangle’s commitment to excellence and creativity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in content creation & storytelling, social media management. Digital marketing skills are an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in platforms like capcut, filmora (and other video editing skills), Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other design or scheduling tools.
  • Strong skills in writing, multimedia production, and graphic design.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement tactics.
  • A proven track record of successful content campaigns and digital strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
