Role Description

  • This is a full-time remote role for a Client Services Executive/Assistant at Alchemy Network. The Client Services Executive/Assistant will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and day-to-day operational, administrative and tactical support in the delivery of our service to clients. The successful applicant will also be required to help run online meetings, write copy, and generally help with the fast paced and often changing day to day of what we do.
  • The role is a mix of client servicing (mainly email), operational (logistics & admin), with ad hoc tasks along the way

Job Specification

  • Providing high quality professional administrative support and excellent communication internally & with our network of Enterprise companies, and technology companies
  • Answering and dealing with email enquiries, managing relationships with all participating members and wider stakeholders and understanding when to pass to other colleagues when necessary
  • Providing operational support to the teams
  • Working closely with colleagues, helping manage the calendar of events to ensure a seamless experience for members
  • Administrative support for the day-day running of the membership programme
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, such as team leads, Enterprise members, technology members, new potential members
  • Travelling to and attending events when necessary to support our member community. This may include occasional overnight stays
  • Managing the demands of work which is subject to quick turnaround deadlines and often involves changing circumstances and priorities
  • Confidence to run a scripted meeting online with senior stakeholders from some of the world’s biggest brands and agencies
  • Mainly working from home, occasionally meeting in London (UK)

 

Person SpecificationEssential

  • Proven administrative experience, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be highly competent in the use of IT (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
  • The ability to produce detailed information and appreciate the need for accuracy when dealing with complex tasks
  • The ability to think clearly, use initiative, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to rise to a challenge
  • Integrity and discretion
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to relate well to people at all levels
  • Reliability, punctuality, flexibility and adaptability

Person SpecificationDesirable

  • Experience in business relationship management or client service experience
  • Administrative / operational experience
  • Detail orientated
  • Experience in the marketing or technology industry is a plus
  • Proximity to London (UK) is a plus as we meet up as a team regularly in London
