What’s the job? Customer Success Manager
What you’ll do on the job:
- The Account Manager & Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships from initial onboarding through the customer lifecycle.
- This hybrid role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting retention, and driving growth by developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.
- The successful candidate will connect with key business executives and stakeholders, act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers and existing customers
– Take responsibility for cross selling and upselling into existing clients
– Develop understanding of the clients tech landscape so we can engage with other teams to sell other modules
– Target existing customers for cross selling
– Fully understand the product set and how to sell it
– Build a pipeline of business
– Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
– Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
– Forecast and track key account metrics.
– Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
– Develop and manage client portfolios, sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
– Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and minimize churn.
– Hold product demonstrations for customers and improve onboarding processes.
– Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure as required
– Mediate between clients and the organization to handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
– Aid in product design and product development by providing customer feedback.
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role.
– Experience in developing business within existing client accounts
– Ability to take on New Business requirements when required
– Experience of working with Azure and or 3rd party Azure related products
– Knowledge of FinOps and advantage but training can be provided
– Experience working with SaaS products.
– Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
– Solid experience with CRM software
– Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
– Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
– Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Some travel required, including European travel’ ‘Occasional travel to Head Office in Kent’
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment.
-Salary £50-60k plus commissions.
