Function
Responsible for a team of a dozen workers, you plan and distribute work to meet deadlines, quality and profitability of projects.
You optimize flows, production methods and resolve concrete workshop problems.
You develop the team’s skills, ensure the maintenance of production tools, ensure compliance with safety instructions and participate in investment decisions in machines, tools, etc.
Profile
An engineer by training, you have excellent organizational skills.
You also have good practical sense and a basic knowledge of different welding processes.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to motivate and coordinate a team.
Voluntary and regular, you easily manage several projects at the same time and are results-oriented.
