Transsion Mobile Internet is seeking a dynamic and experienced Advertising Product Operation Manager to oversee the operation of Transsion advertisers in East Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing advertising revenue, client onboarding, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role will involve close collaboration with sales and agents, strategic planning, and continuous optimization of advertising performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertiser Operations & Revenue Growth:
1. Manage Transsion advertisers and drive the growth of advertising revenue.
2. Oversee client onboarding processes and foster long-term client relationships.
Sales Support:
1. Assist sales and agents in creating client proposals to facilitate budget introductions.
2. Provide strategic insights and support to help sales teams introduce and manage advertising budgets.
Client Maintenance & Optimization:
1. Maintain relationships with clients introduced by sales and agents.
2. Support clients in enhancing their advertising performance and increasing advertising spend.
Market Research & Strategic Planning:
1. Explore benchmark cases and conduct thorough investigations of industry trends and competitive product dynamics.
2. Contribute insights for the department’s strategic planning and subsequent initiatives.
Job Requirements
1. Prior experience in Internet advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta for Business, Eskimi, Opera Ads, or advertising roles in other OEM mobile phone manufacturers) is highly preferred.
2. Understanding of basic advertising implementation methods and technical essentials.
3. Proficiency with testing tools, data monitoring techniques, and methods to detect and prevent advertising fraud.
4. Excellent work habits and time management skills.
5. Ability to summarize information, establish effective communication channels, and handle problems efficiently.
6. Continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes.
7. Proficiency in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills for effective communication with overseas teams and customers.
8. Familiarity with the local advertising market in East Africa.
9. Knowledge of Chinese language is an added advantage.
