Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Officer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing and branding efforts, managing social media platforms, designing marketing materials, and supporting learning and development initiatives. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, creativity, and strong organizational skills to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms by creating and curating engaging content.
- Design compelling digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional graphics.
- Lead marketing campaigns and projects to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee investor meetings by preparing marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
- Foster strong customer relationships through engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
Learning & Development:
- Design and develop instructional materials and training resources for internal and external learning programs.
- Coordinate and manage grading for courses, ensuring timely and accurate assessment of learners.
- Assist in planning and executing educational programs that align with organizational goals.
General & Strategic Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and learning strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both marketing and learning initiatives to measure effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends in marketing, digital engagement, and instructional design.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech or technology industry.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in instructional design or learning and development is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
