We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Junior Software Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Level 2 ERP Managed Services in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret PL/SQL APIs business logic
- Ability to automate process and improve SQL query performance
- Problem-solving mind with minimal or no supervision
- Ability to analyse critically and troubleshoot bugs and errors
- Experience working on all enterprise ERP modules
- Ability to work alongside existing development team to build/configure solutions and software for clients
- Keen to gain significant experience in Installation, Configuration, Implementation and development of ERP solution suites to client’s requirements
- Other duties include assisting with an ERP migration and general daily and monthly tasks. Ensure upgrades are thoroughly planned, documented and implemented. Run standard routines as per procedures.
- Maintain correct level of user rights to ensure integrity and security
The Role
- The ideal candidate should have good development skills in PL/SQL, UNIX, C#, ASP.Net, IFS solutions and basic finance foundation.
- He/she would have experience working in an Enterprise environment and be comfortable configuring, developing and implementing at least one ERP solution.
- The candidate must have intermediate technical/hands-on experience implementing ERP solutions on UNIX, Linux or Windows platforms such as IFS.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience designing and building web solutions using Microsoft technologies
- IFS ERP and Oracle Solutions experience is advantageous.
- Keen to develop skills in Analytics, Business Intelligence and Big data
- Good knowledge of operating systems and solution architecture
- Modern web technologies like: JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5,
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience with multi-lingual and multi-currency solutions is a big advantage
- Experience building, maintaining and supporting development, testing, and production environments
- Experience and desire to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience of configuring, implementing and management of ERP systems
- Knowledge of industry-leading Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer Intelligence and data management tools
- Familiar with automated testing, code quality tools, and continuous integration
- Development skills in Oracle Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, ETL
- Development, Application development leveraging API, SQL and PL/SQL
- Development, Data Migration and automated test scripting leveraging Python or Ruby.
- Demonstrable experience as an Application Support Engineer in related field
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Ruby.
- Good knowledge of oracle PLSQL, SQL and ETL.
- Supporting systems that leverage Oracle as data storage.
- Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
- Database tuning tools (analysing SQL trace files, etc.).
- Comfortable with live data fixes (production support)
- Automated test scripting (with Ruby, Python, etc.).
- Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL functions, procedures, Triggers, Types, packages, read/write .xml and. json files using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Good knowledge and understanding of web service API’s, server-side coding
- Experience in configuring, implementing and management of ERP systems
- Knowledge of industry-leading Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer Intelligence, and data management tools
