About the Role:
As an Industrial Psychologist on our team, you’ll play a vital role in conducting interviews for loss of earnings claims, reviewing employment collateral, and investigating the impact of accidents on claimants’ employment prospects. You’ll provide expert testimony, compile reports, and engage in collaborative efforts with attorneys and administrative support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews
Review claimants’ employment collateral
Investigate pre- and post-accident employment prospects
Review medical collateral and assess employment capacity
Provide earnings projections for pre- and post-morbid scenarios
Compile reports and joint minutes
Provide expert testimony
Collaborate with legal professionals and provide administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
HPCSA registered Industrial Psychologist
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
Passion for making a meaningful impact.
